What is the minimum payment for HSBC?
If you have an HSBC credit card, you must pay at least $25 or 1% of your statement balance plus fees and interest, whichever is higher. If the balance on your HSBC statement is less than $25, you have to pay at least that much. If you have recently fallen behind on payments, HSBC may charge you a late fee on top of the minimum payment.
The smallest amount that you are required to pay into your HSBC account by the due date is known as the “HSBC minimum payment.” If you do not pay this amount, your HSBC account will not be in good standing. If payment is not made by the specified date, a late fee may be assessed. If you are late with several minimum payments, this will have a negative impact on your credit score.
